Dr. Ebi Awosika, MD, MPH, MRO is a board-certified Occupational and Environmental Medicine physician with extensive leadership experience across government, academic, and private healthcare sectors in the U.S., Nigeria, and Canada. She serves as the Director of Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. A published researcher and national speaker, Dr. Awosika has led innovative wellness initiatives across federal agencies, including the Veterans Health Administration.
Her current interests include advancing mental health care access and tailored support for midlife women, particularly in addressing overlooked factors such as undiagnosed ADHD and career burnout. With a strong public health foundation and a passion for creating psychologically safe spaces, Dr. Awosika continues to champion holistic approaches to health and workplace well-being.
